Users can create and close polls, users also get the possibility to change certain parts and options of their polls.
Users can use the polls where they want.
Users are responsible for the poll contents.
Users are responsible for damage done by/from GFXPOLL.
Abuse of GFXPOLL is not allowed on any condition.

The contents a user sends becomes property of GFXPOLL.nl and its owners and can be used for statistical purposes
GFXPOLL is allowed to change, close or even delete polls.
